Our terms and conditions are mainly valid for purchase within Sweden.

We offer payment methods via Stripes secure site. Checkout is redirected to Stripe and you can chloose between Swish, Card, or by Klarna service, pay in 30 days

Information about the right to regret the purchase.

By Swedish law of distance and home sale, you as customer has the right (not valid for companies) to regret the agreement by announcing to Iversens Glasfusing within 14 days from the day you receive the purchased item. In order to use the right to regret the purchase, you shall return the purchased item in undamaged state, in the original package. You have also to pay the cost of return.


Prices
The prices are valid until the products are presented with new prices on the homepage. The shop submits company tax as Swedish moms.


Delivery
We send your purchase within one to two days by Postnord, after receiving the payment by banktransfer or card payment. We apply weight based shipping rate.


Non collected package
If you do not have the possibility to collect your package at the post office, please contact us. Else we will charge you 99 SEK for handling the return. 


Products of replacement

If there is a product with are out of sale we will contact you and offer a replacement product. Unfortunately it will not be possible to offer an exact similar product but will offer you a match in quality and price. Your right to regret your purchase according to Swedish Law is within 14 days after receiving the purchase. Please use the form for return on the homepage footer.


Buy without risks
You have the right according to Swedish law to return your purchase in 14 days from the day you got the delivery. If there is something wrong on the products you right to reclaim the product will be valid for two years from the day you got the delivery. This assumes that there is something wrong on the products due to our processes and not by ordinary use and degradation. Please contact us as soon as possible, do not wait and we will try to solve it together.


Exchange the product or money back
Contact us for money-return or to choose another product:  Iversens Glasfusat, Uppsjövägen 14A, 774 91 Avesta, Sweden, or use the contact page. Would you need to exchange your product or regret your purchase, it is not a problem. Please pack the products carefully in plastic and paper as they arrived in. Please return the invoice and explain why you would like to regret or exchange your purchase. This will help us to get better. 


GDPR and privacy
GDPR increases your safety of your information. By purchase at Iversens Glasfusat you approve that we contain the information you leave. Please read and check that the information is correct. Iversens Glasfusat is responsible for the treatment of the information about our customers. We do not have accounts on the webpage and have no personal data saved at the webpage.


All webpages in our webshop are encrypted (TLS/SSL). Your information can only be used to serve our customer relation for contact between us and you. We do not share the information about our customers to third partys or other companies. We do not have accounts in this online shop. However, we share information with Stripe on purchase card and Klarna on purchase with invoice. We share information with the Swedish police on suspicion of crime (according to Swedish law). You can write to us by the contact page, and ask for check that your information is correct, or removed. You have the right as a customer after demand to us, to get all information about you in our records and get information of how it is used. We handle the personal information that you leave to us when you contact us by our web, phone, mail. If you choose to forward questions about our products on our webside: We save the contact information you leave in order to be able to contact you and answer your questions.


We handle your personal information for the following aims:

1. To update your address information and use these in connection to delivery and payment.
2. To be able to establish your identity.
3. To carry out automatic sends including news letter after your approval.
4. To facilitate eventual failure cases and complaints.
5. To carry out customers enquires.
6.  If needed, contact you with general offers about service and products.
7. To be able to send aimed information about activities in connections to fairs and our total customer offer.
Points 1 to 5 is valid for the purpose of handling personal information to be able to complete and carry out the agreement in purchase.
Points 6-7 is valid for the purpose that we believe that it will be beneficial for you as a customer.


We erase your personal information when you ask for exclusion or that you would like us to erase them.
You have the right to get a copy of all personal information that we have on you.
You have also the right to ask for correction or removal of personal information and ask for limitation in our handling of your personal information.

If you beleive that we have mistreated your personal information you have the right to send complaint to the Swedish Datainspektionen or Integritetskyddsmyndigheten.


Force Majeure
A party shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of this Agreement for the period that such failure or delay is due to causes beyound its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God war, strikes or labor disputes, embargoes, government orders of any other force majeure event.
