Delivery info

We send your purchase within one to two days using tracked delivery with Postnord and the delivery time is usually 2-5 days depending on your location, after receiving the payment by Swish or card payment. When the payment is by invoice we send your purchase before receiving the payment.

Your purchased items will be well packed and delivered home by Postnord.

Return Service

Please use the return page or contact page in the page footer for return of a purchased item. We send money back if the return is made within 14 days of your claim at the return page or contact page at the footer of this homepage. If a package is damaged, please return it. We will send address labels by email with delivery free of charge after you have contacted us. We will offer another item or refund within notice of 14 days..

We are not able to replace the item with an exact match to your order but will offer you an equal and hopefully a replacement of your interest for a similar cost within notice of 14 days.

Non collected package

If you do not have the possibility to collect your package at the post office, please contact us. Else we will charge you 99 SEK for handling the return.
