Delivery info
We send your purchase within one to two days using tracked delivery with Postnord and the delivery time is usually 2-5 days depending on your location, after receiving the payment by Swish or card payment. When the payment is by invoice we send your purchase before receiving the payment.
Your purchased items will be well packed and delivered home by Postnord.
Return Service
Please see our page about return in our hompage footer on how to return you purchase.
We are not able to replace the item with an exact match to your order but will offer you an equal and hopefully a replacement of your interest for a similar cost.
Please use our form for product returns sent with your purchase and attache it with your return parcel and contact us by the contact page or answer the order confirmation before sending the return.
Non collected package:
If you do not have the possibility to collect your package at the post office, please contact us. Else we will charge you 99 SEK for handling the return.
Shipping cost
The cost for the shipping by Postnord is based on the weight of the purchase.
The amount in SEK for the total puchase is calculated and shown at checkout after the choice of payment.
