Buy without risks
You have the right according to Swedish law to return your purchase in 14 days from the day you got the delivery. If there is something wrong on the products you right to reclaim the product will be valid for two years from the day you got the delivery. This assumes that there is something wrong on the products due to our processes and not by ordinary use and degradation. Please contact us as soon as possible, do not wait and we will try to solve it together.

Exchange the product or money back
Contact us for money-return or to choose another product by answering the order confirmation or use the contact page within 14 days after receiving the purchase. Would you need to exchange your product or regret your purchase, it is not a problem. Please, pack the products carefully in plastic and paper as they arrived in. Please, include the paper filled in that was attached to your purchase about the return and give the reason why you would like to regret or exchange your purchase. This will help us to get better. 

1. Contact us by either answer the order confirmation or by the contact page to inform us about your return withi 14 days after receiving your purchase.
2. Pack your regretted purchase carefully. 
3. Include the filled in paper attached to your purchase about the return and provide us with the reason

By Swedish law of distance and home sale, you as customer has the right (not valid for companies) to regret the agreement by announcing to Iversens Glasfusing within 14 days from the day you receive the purchased item. In order to use the right to regret the purchase, you shall return the purchased item in undamaged state, in the original package. You have also to pay the cost of return.
